29th and 30th of October 2014 at Faculty of Law and Administration of Univeristy of Lodz held the international Conference "Lawyers in the Media Society". The conference was organized by the Department of European Economic Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Univeristy of Lodz and the Insitute for Law and Informatics of the University of Lapland, Finland.

The conference was dedicated to current issues related to the impact of development of information technology on the legislation in the European Union.

CRC Director professor Arkadiusz Lach had a presentation on „Identity theft in social networking sites”.
